A traditional Japanese favorite, Genmaicha is also known as “Brown Rice Tea." It is a blend of Sencha steamed green tea leaves and two varietals of rice. The fresh vegetal flavor of the green tea is carefully balanced with the toasted, nutty flavors of the rice.
