A credit card is required to hold an appointment time slot. The card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see details below). You may use a different card if desired when you check out at your visit.
For your convenience you may safely submit your card via a text you will receive from SOAKOLOGY. This message will be sent to the phone number you provided above, so please double check for typos. However, please call us at (207) 879-7625 if you prefer to relay the number in person or if you do not receive the text so we can save your spot! Please note that we cannot accept this information left on a voicemail or email.
Your appointment is officially booked when you receive a confirmation email including a day and time for your appointment from SOAKOLOGY.
Policies:

All appointments last 45 minutes to an hour regardless of the specific services.

Check-in time is 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Children of all ages are welcome in the TeaLounge lobby area.

Guests must be at least 15 years of age to enter SpaLounge area of the building and/or receive soaks or massages.

Any change to a booked appointment requires a 48 hour notice for Weds/Thurs appointments.

Any change to a booked appointment requires a 72 hour notice for Fri/Sat/Sun appointments and for parties of 5 or more guests on any day.

Failure to notify of a cancellation or downgrade of booked services within the above timeframe will result in a $35 per person charge for soaks and the full appointment price for treatments.
