Grown in an area of India known for producing the ‘champagne of black teas’. The leaves are only slightly oxidized giving this tea a greener leaf profile. First Flush Darjeeling provides a smooth, brisk brew that is slightly dry and light. Pairs well with meats, curries and highly seasoned foods.
