Request Appointment

How many guests are we booking?

We require holding a credit card to confirm your appointment. We do this over the phone to ensure safety. We cannot accept this information left on a voicemail or email. 
Thank you for understanding it is easier for us to call you, as we cannot always come to the phone while we are helping guests in the SpaLounge, TeaLounge, and Boutique. Thank you!


  • A credit card is required for a reservation. We will contact you! Please check for typos in phone number and email address above.

  • Added treatments (this includes foot massages) must be booked with reservation before you arrive for your soak (not the day of). You may ask to be added to waitlist if there is no availability on your desired date.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before scheduled time.

  • Children under 15 years old cannot be accommodated in the SpaLounge™. Children under 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Face masks are recommended, but not required.

  • Signing a covid-19 waiver is required before entering the SpaLounge.

  • Please note that we need a minimum of 48 hrs notice for Wednesday and Thursday appointments to request changes to your appointment. Cancellations or time changes after this period will incur a $35 charge per soak per guest (full price for treatments). If your appointment is on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday we request 72 hours notice. We would also need 72 hours of advance notice if your party has 5 or more guests.
