Payment and pricing
We accept Master Card, Visa and cash. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Gift Certificates
SOAKOLOGY gift cards are personalized credit cards and are a popular gift for both men and women. There is no expiration date and they can be used in the Teahouse, for retail products, and for Foot Sanctuary services. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.

Reservations
Reservations are not necessary for Teahouse. Foot Sanctuary reservations are recommended but not required if space is available. All reservations require a credit card, gift card or cash guarantee. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.

Reservation cancellation and late arrival
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change a reservation. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will incur the full charge of the reserved services. We also reserve the right to charge for late arrivals that prevent us from providing the full reserved services.

Groups and Parties
Parties of five or more are welcome in the Foot Sanctuary; reservations are highly recommended. There is a 72 hour cancellation or change policy for group reservations. Our receptionist will assist with planning and booking your party.

Cell phones and cameras
Cell phones must be turned off before entering the Foot Sanctuary; limited use of cell phones in the Teahouse is appreciated. Cameras are not allowed in the Foot Sanctuary. Our staff is glad to photograph you and your group with SOAKOLOLGY'S camera. You will receive the photo via email after your visit. In an effort to maintain our tranquil and stress-reducing environment these policies are strictly enforced.

Children
Children of all ages are welcome in the Teahouse. Infants, toddlers, and young children cannot be accommodated in the Foot Sanctuary; teenagers between the ages of 12 and 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
